Background: Liver tumors in children are not uncommon account for 0.5-2% of all pediatric neoplasm, they may be primary or secondary, benign or malignant. Hepatoblastoma (HBL) and Hepatocelluar carcinoma (HCC) are the most common primary malignant liver tumors in children. Objective: To study the pattern and outcome of primary liver tumors in children at South Egypt Cancer Institute (SECI).
